Return Policy

You can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if any of the following occur:

  • Incorrect products delivered

  • Missing products in your order

  • Damaged products

  • Severe allergic reactions or if the product does not suit your body (though rare, please consult with your health coach first).

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement:

Processing Your Return/Replacement:

  1. After receiving your request, we will arrange for a pickup within 2 working days.

  2. If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may ship the products back to us through any reliable courier. We will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹100.

  3. Please return the product with its original packaging and all accompanying materials.

  4. Once the product is received, we will quickly process your refund or replacement. If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy
